Extra Easy - 0.5 syns per portion
200ml chicken stock
1 red onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tsps Dijon mustard (1 syn)
2 tbsps fat free Fromage Frais
Salt & Black Pepper
1. Fry the onion in a deep frying pan until soft.
2. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
3. Stir the mustard into the chicken stock, then add 150ml to the frying pan and simmer for 10 mins.
4. Meanwhile, stir the fromage frais into the remaining 50ml of chicken stock. Add this to the frying pan at the end and warm through. Season and serve.
